We also talk about the importance of being well versed in a number of different topics.  I read a blog (and listen to a podcast) called the Art of Manliness and an old blog post refers to being a Mr. T and how it will help you in life.  It’s a great post and I’ve been kicking the idea of generalist vs specilist around for quite some time.

Pecha-Kucha: The Haiku of the Presentation World

pechakuchaI heard someone talking about a Pecha-Kucha the other day and I had no idea what they were talking about. They referred to someone giving a presentation and how this seems to be catching on. Not one to be left out of the loop, I went searching for it.
