In this episode we review two blog posts that I wrote in the past month. The first posting is about Four New Years Suggestions or Improvements that you can do as a facilitator.   I really have a big issue with calling things ‘resolutions’.  The second post was about things you should or shouldn’t eat or drink before and while training.  Given that all content covered was from previously written blog posts, these show notes are short.
